The Senior Programmatic Specialist (internally Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist) is critical to the success of the Digital Marketing team and the larger Acquisition function. As a Specialist, you will work closely with the digital team to ensure the success of programmatic advertising campaigns. The responsibilities of this role include campaign setup and QA, ongoing optimization of programmatic media campaigns, troubleshooting campaign issues related to pacing, performance and tracking, and developing strategic recommendations that support key objectives. The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist has a deep understanding of the digital media industry and extensive knowledge around the programmatic landscape with an ability to identify actionable insights from data to help inform tactical recommendations.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage digital campaign operations in ad server (trafficking display ads, QA, troubleshooting)
  • Setup and launch campaigns in programmatic media buying platform and self-service ad manager products (including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Spotify, etc.)
  • Execute all aspects of campaign maintenance, including daily performance checks and optimizations, pacing updates and reporting
    • Ensure programmatic strategies are aligned to KPIs to drive optimal campaign performance
    • Own monthly accruals and process all invoices for payment
  • Assist with analytics, deriving insights from data and providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance and pacing
    • Monitor trends to identify and troubleshoot tracking issues
  • Keep up to date with industry trends through trade journals, workshops and events

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
  • In-depth knowledge of DSPs, ad servers (CM360) and programmatic execution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Highly communicative team player
  • Analytical aptitude and strong critical thinking skills
