We’re looking for an experienced field, event, and experiential marketer to be a key contributor on the field and events marketing team as we scale. Reporting to the Director, Field and Events Marketing, you’ll have the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives through cultivating, managing, and executing experiences targeting prospects, retail enterprise customers, and consumers. You will build awareness of Bolt while developing junior teammates. This highly collaborative role will develop and implement new procedures and playbooks.
What you will be doing:
- Cross-functional collaboration to determine strategies, objectives, timelines, responsibilities, and requirements for assigned Field and Events Marketing annual experiences, including approximately 15 to 20 trade shows, dinners, conferences, meetings, and experiential
- Create, produce, and implement playbooks, procedures, and best practices
- Develop, train, and supervise junior teammates
- Manage all aspects of experiences including, but not limited to, overall scope, accommodation, venue, transportation, catering, signage, design, special needs requirements, and event security
- Negotiate contracts with service providers and suppliers such as hotels, convention centers, and vendors
- Passion for the industry 5+ Years of events, field, or experiential experience
