Senior Program Manager, Margin Improvements

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Leading the division GMI/DMI governance process, including identification and execution of large scale / high impact commercial initiatives working in close collaboration with country/area commercial leaders, controllers, and HQ teams; role requires to interface with global commercial areas (US, EMEA, APAC, and Latin America/Canada)
- Collaborate with Business Unit leadership to assign targets, develop project pipeline, support execution, track progress and mitigate risks.
- Establish, develop, and evolve Workstreams to address key areas of opportunity.
- Develop and deploy sustaining tools and processes to support the evaluation and identification of opportunities across the commercial P&L
- Ensures that high impact programs are defined, resourced and implemented in order to achieve financial objectives as defined by both the Annual and Long-Range Plans.
- Develop and execute long term strategy and roadmap for Gross Margin profile improvement
- Facilitate core team meetings with team members across the global to track progress and mitigate risk.
- Present program progress, risks, and escalate decisions needed to Business Unit leadership on a monthly basis
- Conduct data analytics and develop key performance indicators to measure success
- Work on special projects as needed
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Required
- Bachelors’ (Finance or Business); MBA preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in combination of different areas (FP&A, Margin Improvement Programs, commercial excellence, pricing, Project leadership/project management areas)
- Strong organization, communication, critical thinking/problem solving skills
- Ability to plan/facilitate large meetings (Country/Area leadership)
- Executive Presence
- Influence without authority
