Our team specializes in building a go-to-market strategy for engaging and activating talent through various programs in the space of industry talent engagement, campus outreach (full-time and internships) whilst focusing on the country's employment brand. Our talent engagement programs enable career pathways to Google from students to early career, to executive industry talent and professionals.

We bring the world's most innovative people to Google and provide the programs that help them thrive. Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field. You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Google brand and build our talent pipeline for Google’s tech organization. Find candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a diversity of thought to all they do.
• Be a trusted advisor to our key cross-functional partners and stakeholders to develop strategies for programmatic engagement to enable pipeline activation via multiple channels to market.
• Partner closely with the business to drive key programs and initiatives that enhance Google’s efforts to attract, engage, and hire diverse talent (e.g., university outreach, internships, student, and industry engagement programs).
• Manage relationships with key external organizations and groups to cultivate a partnership and enhance Google’s brand in the employment marketplace.
• Manage programs including strategy design, delivery, and measurement of talent engagement programs and solutions.
