Job Summary: You will work primarily as System Admin. and a dedicated Cvent Support POC for clients. You’ll be required to take care of any changes, modifications and maintenance services that need to be carried out on the accounts per clients’ request. In addition to this, you’ll also be required to troubleshoot on various account specific issues on clients’ behalf and provide an RCA on the incident and next steps along with action items.

Working Hours: US East Coast (6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST)

What You Will Be Doing

  • Serve as primary point of contact for any support related to various Cvent product lines
  • Providing virtual training and onboarding new users as mutually determined by parties
  • Assisting with testing and modifying (if needed) various functionalities within the product
  • Document, route, and track feature requests, and provide client with regular progress updates
  • Demonstrate consultation on various options such as Account Admin clean-up, Contact /Meeting /Resource Management
  • Troubleshooting integration issues that is set up on client’s account such as Salesforce, Marketo, Webex, Crowd-Compass etc.
  • Support with new product releases and client trainings
  • Documentation of internal training requirements and guidelines

What You Will Need for this Position

  • In-depth product knowledge of all Cvent event cloud products
  • Should have at least 7+ years’ experience of supporting customers over the phone, emails, chats & deferred cases
  • Should have a strategic thought process to assist clients with alternatives /workarounds and out-of-the-box resolution that may not be directly possible within the product
  • Must be good with time management and should be able to prioritize between tasks while focusing on the core job
  • Should be proficient with handling client escalations or critical /time-sensitive issues
  • Should be good with cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless ways to provide assistance and resolution to clients
