This role will be supporting performance improvement for aftermarket order across multiple sites, domestic and international. This individual will work cross functionally with OE teams at various plants including quality, engineering, operations from OEM side of the business to exert influence with leaders on OEM side to help improve aftermarket performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • This position is responsible for governing and executing projects that meet the primary business objectives of Customer Satisfaction, Performance Management, Margin Expansion, and Operations Network Optimization.
  • Analyze existing operations and manufacturing capabilities as well as business case development for optimizing global operations network.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Strong background in problem solving. Familiar with the use and application of, but not limited to, process mapping, fishbone diagram, pareto charts, 5 whys, DIVE, etc.
  • The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional departments of Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, along with Interiors senior leadership & across different sites, mostly on a remote work environment.
  • Perform analysis on key performance indicators (primarily OTD & Backlog) and identify solution approach to develop target state using DIVE technique.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR
  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience OR
  • In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
  • Excellent data management and analytic skills
  • General understanding of Aerospace and manufacturing processes
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Proven experience driving performance improvement related to OTD & Past Dues.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationship working remotely.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Supply Chain Management, Program Management, Distribution and/or Operations experience
  • Project management or process improvement methodology certification desired
  • Completed CORE Apprentice requirements, if an internal candidate.
  • Ability to work in Winston-Salem preferred

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $68,000 - $140,000; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
