Job Description

Integral Ad Science (IAS) is seeking a dynamic, highly-motivated Commercial Lead in South Korea to focus on the acquisition and development of top tier accounts and partnership. This requires the development and management of key relationships across the brands, agencies and media’s executive teams.

Commercial Leads are tasked with developing and executing new account pursuit strategies, as well as being a consultative partner to the client and work closely with our internal Client Growth and Client Success teams. This position requires an ambitious, highly driven, self-starter who likes to collaborate with internal and external contacts to progress through the sales process, from prospecting, to the pitch, scoping, negotiating business and legal terms, through final contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically and decisively grow the IAS account base by leading pursuit of top tier accounts and building relationships across the prospect enterprise to secure commitment based agreements in South Korea.
  • Secure key advertiser, agency, and media accounts to grow market share independently and in concert with IAS Growth and Customer Success teams
  • Drive relationships with large brand advertisers and their digital/social agencies to align their needs to the opportunities and values presented by IAS’ solutions
  • Ensure the business has visibility and accurate forecasts of where and when revenue can be expected
  • Partner closely with the wider APAC team - Client Growth, Client Success, Client Services, Marketing and Product Management teams to maintain a high-level of understanding regarding the digital advertising landscape, the needs of our target market and the distinct values delivered by the IAS product offerings

Experience:

  • 8+ years of digital/ad tech solutions sales experience
  • History of successful engagement and deal negotiation with key stakeholders in top tier brands, agencies, and media
  • Established reputation and contacts within the South Korean market
  • Track record of creating, managing and closing complex, multi-stage sales cycle opportunities
  • Ability to articulate account pursuit and growth methodologies used and successful outcomes
  • Verifiable track record of exceeding sales quotas on a quarterly basis
  • Impeccable attention to detail; service-minded and team-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team selling environment
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills in both English and Korean
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel and Google docs skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, or similar CRM and Forecasting tools
  • Familiarity with Value Selling framework, or similar Selling frameworks and ability to adapt to Value Selling
  • BA/BS degree required
