Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3 years of experience in hardware security module (HSM) development, deployment, and operations

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in computer science or engineering
• 3 years of experience in building out policies and processes around public key infrastructure and hardware security module
• Experience working with certification accreditation bodies
• Knowledge of applied cryptography and public key infrastructure (PKI) management

About the job

As a member of the silicon security architecture team, you will contribute your security architecture expertise in architecting security features for Mobile SoCs of security microcontrollers. You will work with multiple teams to help define SoC security features.

Responsibilities

• Create industry-leading cryptography operations capabilities
• Upgrade and streamline existing capabilities and infrastructure to support new standards, including post quantum
• Define security policies and operational procedures for managing high-value key material and assets
• Define and implement backup and disaster recovery capabilities for offline HSMs
• Run key ceremonies, work closely with certification initiatives, and work closely with SoC Architecture and Device Manufacturing teams
