Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

be one of the key stakeholders responsible for leading the EU7 Channel strategies within the framework of Customer segmentation (JBB+BP/Champions and SD+RC/Core Range), Commercial strategy, Portfolio management, SPOR, BMC and Promotional guidelines. You will drive commercial strategy execution in EU-7 Markets by focusing on the Customer Engagement Model of a specific Segment (Joint Business Builders/Sales drivers/Brand Promotors/Regular Customers) and act as a Business Partner to IKAMs and Sales Council. You will lead your Segment and have responsibility for the Sales and EBIT of the Segment, while acting as the central facilitator between the Global Commercial Policy team and the Sales Leaders in the Markets.

You are responsible for:

  • Align Market requirements for Customer Segment with the goals and challenges on European level as well as the global Commercial Policy requirements.
  • Definition, in line with the Global Commercial Policy, the boundary conditions of customers segmentation and align across all European Markets.
  • Leading Customer Segment performance and evolution as well as execution of Commercial Strategy within the Customer Segment on a European level. Acting as the facilitator between Global and Local Market requirements and ensure a harmonized, aligned approach across Europe.
  • Driving growth and facilitate Customer Segment approach with the Key stakeholders in European organization as well as the country organizations.
  • Translation Commercial Policy into the Europe-specific boundary conditions for customer segmentation.
  • Leading and periodically review the assignment of customers to the specific customer Segment. Align approach and classification with the Global Commercial Policy team and Markets across Europe.
  • Acting as a single point in developing and harmonizing the European go-to-market model with the Market Sales Leads, to foster growth of your Customer Segment.

You are a part of

the EU-7 Domestic Appliances IKAM team. The team consists of International KAMs, Sales Excellence Manager, Segment Channel Manager and D2B platform team. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Master’s degree in economics, business administration, marketing
  • Experience in Customer Channel analytics and management with a strong affinity for continuous improvement
  • Knowledge in innovative business technics and modeling
  • Organizational leadership experience as well as strong proof points in informal leadership
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic thinking
  • Knowledge and experience on change management
  • Fluency in English (other language skills are nice to have)
