Job Description

• You manage the cooperation with 3rd party service providers. You are resposible for defining milestones, delivery plan and design review.
• You act as the binding element between 3rd party service provider and Designers, System Engineers, Verification, Firmware, Post-Silicon Teams in a close cross-functional cooperation within ASIC development business unit.
• You develop and spread innovative and efficient methods for IP-based designs and IP integration based on internal andexternal tools and suppliers.
• You evaluate 3rd party modules & IPs, customize and develop a ready-to-integrate concept for various products. You support integration in pilot projects.
• You develop the concept for easy integration of modules & IPs on SoC product level and support digital and mixed signal design team for integration.
• You develop scalable and modular platform and SoC architectures and enhance the strategic focus of enabling anefficient and flexible implementation of domain-specific SoCs and SoC-SiP combinations.
• You consult ASIC/SoC teams for partitioning and modular development based on IP library and bundle requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: completed university degree (Master/Diploma/PhD) in electrical engineering, preferably with focus on microelectronics or a comparable subject
• Personality: open mindset, proactive team player, good communication skills
• Experience and Knowledge: project management or technical lead experience, good understanding of ASIC design concept, analog and digital, implementation, integration and verification, Programming skills and scripting (e.g. Python, TCL)
• Languages: very good command of written and spoken English, German is a plus
