Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Hebrew fluently

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in online advertising (i.e., ad serving, networks, and key platforms) and trends (i.e., programmatic, mobile, video, news, publishing and broadcasting industry)
  • Experience working with analytics and data visualization
  • Experience with strategy execution, project management, working in ambiguity, and client presentations, and comfort presenting to groups on specific domain areas,
  • Experience in a sales organization and managing relationships in a fast-moving product landscape
  • Excellent reasoning skills, with ability to prioritize, plan, and organize responsibilities

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. In this role, you will build sustainable partnerships that deliver economic value to key partners and Google while protecting our shared ecosystem and Google's reputation. The Large Partner Solutions Revenue Solutions team works as trusted advisors to our Publisher partners, to optimize their online presence and to grow their ad business with Google in a sustainable and compliant way. We help large partners to leverage Google’s full ads suite (products like Google Ad Manager, AdSense, and AdMob) to continue to grow their business. As an Account Manager in Revenue Solutions, you will be a pivotal team-player executing strategy in a highly visible, media-oriented part of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments and Google’s product developments (e.g. through Google provided trainings)
  • Collaborate with partners and Ad operations team to build the best strategy to increase profitability while respecting business rules, by leveraging Google's suite of offerings
  • Provide yield management advice and account management in regular cadence with result-oriented and dependable execution
  • Collaborate with Product specialists and Technical Account Managers to test and implement relevant products/features in order to maximize yield
  • Travel within EMEA’s Emerging Markets (Russia, Middle East, Africa, and Turkey) as needed
