Job Description Summary Global Technology Service (GTS) provides IT infrastructure and application support services to the Aegon businesses. GTS is responsible for the provision, support and ongoing maintenance of IT operating platforms, applications and services. There is also a strong connection with external providers necessitating vendor and service provider management. GTS is responsible for driving the technology strategy and providing IT infrastructure solutions that are in alignment with business objectives and the GTS technology strategy Security is foundational to Transamerica and we are growing our Information Security Team. We are looking for a multi-talented Cyber Security Engineer I. We are a fast paced energetic team dedicated to making our enterprise more secure. Job Description Responsibilities:
- Gathers data, analyzes and drafts reports, including department, project, key indicators and dashboards. Ability to quickly develop excellent working relationships with peers and key stakeholders, such as business partners, legal, internal audit, risk, and technology specialists
- Supports the analysis, implementation and management of administrative, technical and physical safeguards to ensure the privacy and protection of company information and supporting technology and services
- Assist with defined Information Security Risk Officer tasks
- Assist with defined tasks in support of specified cyber security domain areas
- Assist in the research, development and implementation of information security initiatives, such as policy, program, process, procedural and technology improvements and solutions
- Ability to help employees and contractors understand their role in safeguarding information, technology and services by being an ambassador
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Computer Science, MIS, Auditing, Finance, or Business or equivalent education and experience required. 1 to 3 years of cyber security engineering work experience required.
- Experience with one or more of the following cyber security domain areas: application awareness, identity and access management, identity awareness, multi-factor authentication, network zoning and segmentation.
- Experience conducting Information Security risk assessments
- Experience designing, configuring and implementing an IAM solution including: Privileged Access Management, Multi-factor authentication, Identity Federation, Single Sign On, Provisioning/De-provisioning, Access certification, Access governance, Privilege Access Management, Advanced Authentication
- Experience implementing a role based access solution
- Knowledge of applicable control frameworks such as: NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, FISMA, ISO 2700, COBIT
Preferred Qualifications :
- Microsoft Office experience with a preference given to candidates with Excel and PowerPoint skillsets
- Knowledge of one or more GRC systems including Archer, RiskVision, RSAM or equivalent
- Knowledge of one or more IAM vendor technology solutions including Sailpoint, Okta, Centrify or other IAM tools
- Knowledge of one or more AI based identity awareness and access analytic tools
- Experience with systems such as Remedy, JIRA, Tanium or equivalent
- Knowledge of Information Security and Cyber Defense demonstrated by one or more of the following:

Compensation:
The salary for this position generally ranges between $76,000 - $115,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
Bonus Eligibility:
This position is also typically eligible for an annual bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company Discretion at a rate of 10%.

- Remote and some Office environment.
- Travel may be required, less than 10%
