About the job

This position is needed to be responsible for crafting technical solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems including Salesforce, Heroku and etc. that have a high impact on the Go-To-Market users' daily work.

Our team articulates design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for technical architecture framework to deliver best in class user experience. In addition, we also deliver the detailed design of Salesforce related projects from inception through production support and ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business unit.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

• Assist project managers in various work streams on Salesforce.com.
• Handle America timezone Salesforce cases.
• Lead Salesforce and tools user access.
• Implement data management in Salesforce.com and other business systems, including auditing and resolving data integrity at a large scale.
• Work with program managers and partners to uncover process gaps and develop elegant solutions.
• Understand and fix existing system problems daily.
• Evaluate and identify gaps in our existing automations to develop solutions for increased extensibility.

Required:

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com implementation (design, configuration, deployment).
• Demonstrable ability to understand business needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Developer.
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Comprehensive experience on debugging and troubleshooting in Salesforce.
• Strong organizational and business analysis skills; thorough and able to work independently, manage and develop smaller scale projects.
• Knowledge on Salesforce.com configuration standard methodologies.

Desired:

• 1+ year of experience designing or developing on Salesforce (Apex).
• Experience working with and managing large data sets.
• Industry experience in designing effective UX/UI.
• Experienced developing Lightning Web Components in the Salesforce Lightning environment.

Location

This role will be remote, and based in Canada.
