We are looking for the right product manager to lead the cycle digital experience. Are you an experienced digital product manager that obsesses over understanding your customers experience and eliminating friction? Does the idea of helping a diverse range of people discover the joy of riding a bike excite you? Then this might be the role for you. Key responsibilities include:

• Work with key business leaders to develop and refine our cycle vision and plan
• Empathize with the diverse range of people who want to experience the joy of riding a bike
• Identify opportunities to reduce friction and drive demand in our digital experience
• Work with design and engineering in an agile scrum team to deliver experiments that improve our experience
• Test and learn to results. Distill learnings and scale what works.
• Communicate your plan, learnings and results out to the organization.

Bring your passion and expertise

• 5+ years of product management experience, at least 3 in consumer digital products
• Demonstrated ability to create deep empathy with a diverse range of customers to identify product opportunities (Tell us about the research you did, the insights you discovered and how you translated those into digital product experiments.)
• Strong communication skills with a variety of stakeholders from business partners to engineers and designers
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully with engineering and design to build compelling digital consumer experiences in an agile environment
• A passion for helping more people experience the joy of being outside
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be lower or higher in different markets.

$85,000 to $170,000 per year
