In this role, you have the opportunity to

To build and implement a deployment strategy aligned with North America Markets.

You are responsible for

  • Designs and leads program/project(s) using recognized project management tools
  • Serves as single point lead for program
  • Develops Strategic plan to ensure customer happiness, future integration, executive communication strategy and defines cost management/work breakdown structure.
  • Responsible for developing project plans including milestones, resources and metrics
  • Leads issues management and drives resolution with customer concern plan as vital
  • Leads risk for program/project(s)
  • Managing program(s) with multiple projects with responsibility for results, including costs, methods, staffing and reporting including risk management, escalation and resolutions.
  • Directs and controls activities of broad focus
  • Has overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense, priorities, recommending and implementing changes to program, methods and processes.
  • Typically leads several Sr Program Managers, individual contributors and indirect personnel
  • May manage own budget > € 10 M
  • Influence on Business magnitude > € 100 M

These 5 COEs specialize in the following capabilities: Regulatory & Clinical Affairs, Supplier Quality, Quality Management System, Quality Assurance & Engineering, and Compliance & Audit.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
  • 10+ year demonstrated ability in project management
  • 5+ years of proven experience in medical device industry
  • Direct experience in working with Job Group to understand and drive programs/projects.
  • Validated experience in Quality & Regulatory medical device environments, inspiring change through effectiveness and efficiency process integration, while maintaining compliance with worldwide regulations (FDA, MDD, EU MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971)
  • Certification in Program Management Tools and Lean Methodology
  • Skilled in measuring customer happiness relationships
  • Capabilities to develop strategic and tactical plans to support program/project
  • Ability to handle sophisticated projects: Collect, supervise & report on data, issues, actions
  • Ability to identify risks and identify proposed actions to mitigate and/or resolve.
