Job Summary:
Provide Salesforce end user support and/or subject matter expertise during all phases of the sales, marketing & boarding cycles (lead generation, campaign creation, opportunity management, list upload, list management, assessment of stakeholder needs, client onboarding data field mapping, account status updates) as it relates to Salesforce and use of / interaction with the platform. Roles in this function may also be involved in operational areas such as metrics/reports/dashboards creation and/or management, account support, sales effectiveness training.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage Canada new user requests; submit and verify through JIRA issue collector and board and Conduct any UAT testing ordered by CE help (Commercial Excellence Team)
  • Assign newly created accounts to Sales reps and add an External ID(HFAM) if applicable and reassign existing accounts to Sales reps upon the request of manager of sales rep via my email
  • Provide training to new and existing users(including but not limited to navigating the site, how to create new objects such as activities and tasks, creating reports and dashboards)
  • Triage unique Jira requests pertaining to specific user requests such as update user role, transfer user manager, update opportunity owner/other values, update product field values, etc.
  • Assist with SF errors and resolutions by SF users via my email and e nsure adoption and continuous use of SFDC for Sales and Marketing processes and have oversight and upkeep of campaign & account hierarchy, lead ownership & conversion, opportunity & lead reports & dashboard creation.
  • Join SF Working Committee to raise any Canada requests and participate in any ongoing requests by other BUs of interest and provide SF object load templates and submit them through the JIRA issue collector
  • Work with Marketing Ops Specialists to provide access to and or deliver data for driving insight into the interaction and hand-off process for the sales & marketing teams across each key function (marketing lead generation, legal, pricing, operations) in order to drive improvement projects.
  • Develop ad-hoc reports when needed to assist Marketing Ops specialists in making recommendations to optimize prospect and customer journey to enable the sales team to drive higher conversions. Create reports and dashboards for other users or to capture metrics around user adoption and engagement.

Qualifications :

  • 2 plus years experience using Salesforce
  • 2 plus years using JIRA or similar technologies
  • G suite familiarity
  • Experience in one or more of the following - Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot or Eloqua

Extra Points for any of the Following:

  • Experience with (or strong desire and passion to learn) platforms such as (or similar to) Salesforce, Pardot, Clarizen, Tableau, PowerBI, Adobe/Google Analytics
  • Bilingual English / French
  • Experience with B2BMA Studio
