Your challenge
As part of the EMEA Channel Sales Engineering team at AppDynamics, you will be responsible for providing world class pre-sales technical support to the sales team that supports our Partners. Working with partners and customers, you will be the subject matter expert on Application Performance Management and support a broader Cisco portfolio. You will be responsible for delivering enablement sessions to educate our partners on APM and our vision. You will present and demonstrate AppDynamics solutions to new partners. You will provide technical help by shadowing and mentoring partners during their AppDynamics sales cycle. You will become their AppDynamics trusted advisor and build a long term relationship.
Finally, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to share your knowledge and experiences to ultimately improve our business and our customers’ success.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you’ll be a technical consultant who thrives in finding and solving our customer’s real-world, production issues. You’re a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who will work closely with our Sales Teams to strategize which accounts to target, generate compelling pipeline generation messages, and customize demonstrations that are relevant to those customers.
