PayPal's Non-Technical recruiting organization is seeking an experienced recruiter to support hiring for the HR, Legal, Corporate Development organizations. We value a true Talent Acquisition partner to the business, with strong business instincts, and full cycle sourcing and hiring capabilities. This role is a 12 month contract (maternity cover).
Responsibilities:
- You will work with other teams across different regions, implementing D&I initiatives and reinforcing PayPal’s brand & attraction.
- You manage complex client and stakeholder relationships within a large matrix structure to facilitate hiring decisions at all levels of the organization.
- Build strong relationships with hiring leaders, HRBP's, Compensation team, and colleagues to ensure we are clearly identifying the client needs and effectively executing hires.
- Interview and qualify potential candidates by digging in to ensure they fit PayPal’s high bar for skills and culture fit alignment.
- Add value to the candidate experience by going beyond the job description, providing deeper insight into how the position fits within the candidate’s respective skill set.
- Quickly develop a deep understanding of PayPal’s value proposition and effectively communicate to get candidates excited about the opportunity.
- Ensure a great candidate experience by keeping candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain high standards across all recruitment related metrics including time to fill and source of hire and candidate and customer feedback.
- Aggressively build a pipeline of top talent by sourcing through multiple and creative channels.
- Represent PayPal’s mission, vision, and values with integrity and professionalism.
- Participate in operational excellence activities, programs and projects.
Qualifications:
- You have experience in engaging candidates from various sources (Alumni, Referrals, past applicants, and via social media channels, etc).
- Demonstrated creativity and a personal drive to innovate and problem-solve.
- Proven recruiting experience, in a fast-paced matrix environment, across multiple European markets.
- Preferred experience supporting hiring for Corporate Development, Corporate Strategy (post consulting), Investment Banking and/or Ventures business groups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-driven and highly motivated, with a true sense of ownership from start to finish.
- Must be extremely diligent and detail oriented.
- Must have a strong sense of urgency.
