Job Description

About the Role

The Growth team is on a mission to get our product in the hands of the next 10 million members. We focus on how we can improve the experience to remove barriers for people to find and use Chime.

We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to build growth product experiences and infrastructure to accelerate the growth of our business.

We’re looking for a product manager to own our new member experience. You will drive decision-making through customer insights, quantitative analysis and AB testing. You will own the strategy, roadmap and execution of key Growth initiatives. This includes re-imagining our home screen and activation flows, evolving our new member journey framework, and identifying the next set of new features that new members need.

This job cannot be performed in the state of Colorado.

In this role, you can expect to

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap to create new drivers and remove barriers for each new member to form a primary banking relationship with Chime
  • Build and ship the most delightful new user experiences that showcase benefits that drive members to decide that Chime is the right primary bank for them
  • Ship minimum-loveable-products that deliver a quality customer experience.
  • Rapidly iterate on services using customer feedback.
  • Determine KPIs and deliver measurable impact every month.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative research to identify product opportunities and prioritize your roadmap.
  • Partner with compliance, engineering, design, QA, and analytics teams to build software collaboratively and inclusively.

To thrive in this role, you have

  • 3+ years experience as a product manager
  • Proven ability to ship high-impact products quickly, not just small features
  • An owner’s mindset - you don’t shy away from the hard stuff
  • Experience at a fast-growing startup in a cross-functional environment
  • Passion for our mission: helping members lead healthy financial lives
  • Strong collaboration in team environments but able to act quickly as the decision-maker
  • Strong analytical skills, competence in SQL, and experience with tools for doing data analysis
  • Prior fintech and/or growth experience a plus
