Primary Functions

Responsible for the Mobility infrastructure located in Bangalore and Coimbatore

Act as on-site support for local Mobility agents and MSE Team in Manila

Provide 1st level technical support by performing installation, repair, and preventive

maintenance of local software and hardware – all in coordination with MSE Team

Prioritizes and diagnoses incidents according to agreed procedures

Investigates causes of incidents and seeks resolution

Act as first-point-of-contact for local issues with hardware devices and software

Documentation of the local Mobility infrastructure in Confluence

Key Requirements:

Good communication in English (both oral and written)

Strong customer orientation

Detail oriented, very good attention to details

Able to use tact and diplomacy when dealing with various users and customers in person

Good general IT technical know-how, functional know-how as needed/relevant

Very good sense of how to deal with urgent situations/issues

Very good troubleshooting skills, logical thinking

General understanding of network operations and network components

General understanding of Data Center operations, its requirements and components

In conjunction with the MSE Team and/or VGT Infra team, monitors and maintains the following systems and hardware within the 2 India Data

Centers:

· Interactive Intelligence Contact Center (CIC)

· VMWare based on vSphere

· Session Border Controllers (SBC)

· Asterisk server

· SQL Databases

· PRTG Monitoring tool

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience with various hardware and software components, 3+ years’

experience with networks and network components, 3+ years’ experience with

telephony systems
