In this role, you have the opportunity to

Support the implementation of compensation programs within the Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGT-D) Sales Department by calculating compensation, providing analysis, and creating detailed models for quota. The right individual will demonstrate a detailed understanding of the compensation philosophy, structure, and mechanics.

You are responsible for (but not limited to)

  • Calculating compensation for outside/inside sales reps and sales management teams
  • Validating monthly sales credit reports and compensation for distributor partners
  • Tracking and maintaining pinnacle rankings
  • Completing commission analysis requests from finance and operations teams
  • Quota modeling and analysis
  • Supporting the operations organization to ensure effective processes from customer sale to sales rep payouts
  • Utilizing cross-functional partnerships to improve and streamline policies and procedures
  • Maintaining documented processes and templates
  • Participating in special projects related to a variety of compensation topics for the Image Guided Therapy Devices sales team
  • Other related job duties as assigned

You are a part of a team

You will be a part of the IGT Devices Commercial Operations team supporting over 500 commercial sales team members and sales leadership.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • The ideal candidate is a strong independent contributor that works well in a team environment.
  • The candidate is also proactive, has strong customer service skills, demonstrates excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, is detail-oriented and has experience in supporting a large high-volume sales team.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent work experience required
  • 3+ years of compensation analysis/modeling in a medical device environment
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, such as Financial Modeling experience and ability to work with large amounts of data (i.e. Pivot Tables)
  • High level of proficiency in all other MS Office products
  • Passion for customer service, operational excellence and continuous development
  • Detail oriented with ability to identify potential issues, recommend and implement resolution plans
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task; high energy; strong sense of ownership; strong sense of urgency; ability to improvise; good problem-solving skills; ability to respond in a crisis; ability to rally a team; proven leadership skills
  • Learn and utilize proprietary applications and emerging technology
