Job Description

Vascular Plazma/Sanaplasma was recently acquired by Takeda, a leading global biopharmaceutical company, and operates as part of the Takeda BioLife plasma center division.

We’re looking for a full time Project Manager for Hungary - Budapest

Your tasks in detail:

70 % of Time to Lead Project and Change plans

• Creating and developing project plans based on business demand;
• Leading of projects (Responsible for the project until the defined project goal is achieved); for the timely communication to all interfaces and stakeholders; for processing of projects in compliance with the internal Takeda/BioLife/Sanaplasma project management process;
• Processing/participation in feasibility studies and concept generation and taking care about until approval by management;
• Responsible for involvement and coordination of all interfaces in the curse of project processing;
• Entire preparation, planning, and processing of the project including cost estimation and controlling;
• Establishing local project organization and framework;
• Moderation of decision meetings as well as problem-solving meetings.

10 % of Time on Administrative tasks

• Assessment and compilation of project-specific documentation (project brief);
• Reporting tasks - Project progress reporting;
• Resource and capacity calculations.

10 % of Time on Communication & Meetings

• Participation in HU/CE management meetings;
• Organizing project working sessions;
• Delivering key project / change communication highlights for the employees.

10 % of Time on Team development

• Supporting capability growth of local management / basic project skill set & tools.

Skills you need:

• Minimum BA degree
• Experience in PM (min 3 years PM of middle and complex projects)
• Very good English skills and IT user knowledge
• Ability to quickly understand and simplify complex correlations
• Ability to build trust and make decisions even with incomplete information
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
