We are looking for a passionate IT Business Analyst to work in a dynamic team on the functional aspects of Legal applications ecosystem, to sustain the video-games industry business in a fast-paced international environment where we enjoy the projects and the people we work with.

You will be working as a part of a Product Team, participating to all phases of the IT solutions implementation process and collaborating with business teams to transform business needs into effective and sustainable IT solutions.

Your main mission

• Perform gap analysis, risk and impact assessments, identify use cases and provide clear recommendations to the Product Owner and business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs in requirements in the form of user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Organize and deliver system (non-technical) and business documentation.
• Communicate process and system changes, recommendations, and potential benefits to stakeholders in a clear and concise fashion to encourage adoption.
• Plan and/or execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and write UAT scenarios.

The professional value you bring

• Proven experience in IT business analysis or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated success diagnosing and addressing process gaps and pain points.
• Excellent knowledge of business process design, project lifecycle and resources involved
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and it’s relation to applications and business services
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
• Very good command of SQL in the creation of queries
• Agile framework knowledge is a plus
• Jira knowledge is a plus
