Who you are Our Talent team is committed to ensuring brightwheel has the team in place to enable a high-quality early education for every child. We are seeking an Associate Recruiter, Sales and Success to join our growing Talent team. This individual will partner closely with our Sales and Customer Success departments and play a critical role in scaling our ever-growing organization. You are excited to recruit in a high-volume setting and are highly motivated to hit ambitious monthly hiring goals. You will work on a team of recruiters collaborating to source, screen, and sell candidates on a variety of customer-facing roles that fuel the growth of our company. You are a hard-worker, goal-driven and detail and process-oriented, and are constantly challenging yourself to learn and become better at finding top talent.
What you’ll do
- Own ambitious hiring goals for high-volume roles
- Build strong diverse pipelines by engaging passive talent and finding creative ways to market your roles and unlock referrals
- Consistently deliver an excellent candidate experience (e.g., highly responsive, build strong rapport, provide helpful information, ensure focus on inclusive recruitment practices)
- Serve as a strong and reliable partner to our hiring managers (e.g., owning end-to-end hiring process, sharing regular progress updates)
- Utilize data to track progress and identify opportunities to strengthen your approach in filling each role
- Contribute to strengthening our talent team by proactively sharing learnings and helpful resources
Qualifications, skills, & abilities
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (e.g., recruiting, fast-paced sales environment); prior full-cycle recruiting experience not required
- Track record of hitting or exceeding sustained, ambitious high-volume goals (e.g., in sales, recruiting)
- Excellent relationship building skills and passion for connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities
- Strong prioritization and organization skills; ability to balance competing priorities while delivering excellent results
- Commitment to building diverse and inclusive teams, and identifying strategies that support and encourage those efforts
- High degree of professionalism and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Brightwheel offers a competitive compensation package (base salary, equity and benefits) with a strong emphasis on equity-based compensation (ownership in brightwheel). For cash compensation, brightwheel sets standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In alignment with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual cash compensation for this role in Colorado is targeted at $75,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
