About the position:

We are looking to hire a Web Producer for Netskope’s sites. In this role, you’ll help manage day-to-day content maintenance activities and will be responsible for a large volume of content updates. You have extended full-stack development experience and you know how to work using Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum. You’ll be an adept project manager and communicate effectively with key global business partners. You can see the big picture but will have a keen eye for detail, a knack for collaboration, passion for content integrity and user experience, and the ability to work within a CMS.

We are looking for someone who can become part of a global digital center of excellence, to support Netskope’s website projects, web best practices, and digital business goals. Responsibilities:

• Publish new content and update existing content on marketing pages using WordPress
• Optimize web pages for organic search, speed, and accessibility
• Perform website regression testing to ensure tracking, and general issues are caught prior launch
• Collaborate with Design to ensure web designs are consistent with brand guidelines and with content owners to expand content across the site
• Work with SME's to develop and update content, articulating key messages in a way users will understand
• Understand the process for managing intake and prioritization of content change requests via ticket tracking system
• Help with ongoing production/publishing operations
• Work closely with the localization team for processing translated content
• Take part in planning and management of larger-scale projects
• Implement effective processes for content development and quality assurance including documentation of existing processes and looking for areas of improvement

Requirements:

• 4+ years of web producer experience managing content for high traffic websites
• HTML, CSS, custom fields and WordPress theming to update web pages.
• Experience with technical SEO optimization with tools like SEMrush and Google Search Console
• Experience with localization tools like Smartling
• Experience in a B2B organization, using the web property as a demand generation source
• Experience with content management systems
• Experience with task management/ticketing system
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop
• Ability in copywriting and editing
