This position participates in the installation, programming, startup and commissioning of fire alarm equipment that has been newly installed. Systems include fire safety, mass notification systems, detectors and field peripherals. You will communicate design details to customers, installation and service teams and subcontractors. We will consider either experience Fire Alarm or Sprinkler technicians or Entry Level candidates from Engineering Trades Schools and Universities with Engineering or Computer Network Installation backgrounds. This position will be based in Duluth but report to the Des Moines /Johnson, IA Office but the position can be either in Des Moines or Cedar Rapids, and this is role where you have flexibility to own your own schedule. You will also interface with other trades to optimally complete projects while exceeding customers’ expectations.
