【品川】Business Development and Marketing Specialist ＜Interoperability Solutions＞（PD）

地域医療連携に関わる新規ビジネスの立ち上げに関わっていただきます。

This job will lead the starting up and realization of new business of Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics (EDI) in Japan via collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in locally and globally. This job will also have order in take and sales annual operating target allocated.

EDI business in Philips globally is the key deriver business to archive Philips’ mission and Philips Japan is recognized as one top of the key Markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the Philips’ healthcare IT as well as the interoperability business strategies and strategic needs of Market Japan
• Investigate and analyze the customer needs and gaps against the current healthcare system to identify the spaces to play
• Study topics and propose spaces of focus within the areas of interoperability strategic interest
• Cultivate external network including governmental officials to identify external partnership opportunities which help achieve the business goals
• Explore and identify external partnership and business opportunities in Japan
• Manage and lead the entire process of developing the business, which includes leading the assessment of target, owning deal-structuring and -making process, such as communications facing external parties and preparation for and carrying out negotiation of deal-terms, and gaining internal approvals to move forward
• Develop business cases and action plans of the subject external partnership opportunities
• Initiate and lead First of Kind (FOK) project
• Archive business goal such as order in take as well as sales AOP
• Work closely with product management team as well as involving and collaborate other team members across functions
• Pursue innovation and longer-term growth opportunities

Qualifications:

Required:

• 5+ years of work experience in healthcare (medical device/healthcare IT) business which is in a marketing, strategic planning or business development role
• Experience of leading communication and negotiation with governmental officials, external parties, preferably for deal-structuring and -making
• Experience of cross-functional project management
• Experience and skills of building business case including basic financial model
• Experience of making proposals to stakeholders and senior management and driving their decision-making
• Passion for driving innovation and growth through new business
• Business level English with experience of making productive discussions in English

Preferred:

• Work experience in a business consulting firm preferably in healthcare and technology sector
• Knowledge of clinical procedures and technologies in the areas of advanced healthcare

technologies such as interoperability, Digital health, IoT, AI

• Experience of exploring and identifying external partnership opportunity
• Track record of deal-structuring and -making with external party with knowledge of the process.
• Experience of cultivating external network for business purpose
• Knowledge of regulatory affairs, reimbursement, quality assurance and vigilance, product development in IT business
• Experience in engineering or IT programing is plus
• Experience in IHE, FHIR, HL7 and HPKI are plus

【契約期間】期間の定めなし
【試用期間】試用期間あり(原則として入社日より6ヶ月)
【就業場所】品川本社(東京都港区港南)

※ただし、リモートワークも組み合わせながら勤務いただきます。
【就業時間】9:00-17:30 休憩時間:原則として12:00-13:00
【休日】毎週土(所定休日)/日曜日(法定休日)、国民の祝日、年末年始(12月29日-1月4日)

【休暇】初年度最大20日間の有給休暇あり(入社月によって変動あり)、Care Leave(年間10日間付与)、Sick Leave ほか
【時間外労働】あり 月20-40時間相当

※管理職以上の場合は、深夜勤務手当のみ支給
【給与】 基本給(月)49万円-66万円

【賞与】インセンティブ
※インセンティブは、年1回(3月末)ごとに支給。ただし、会社業績、部門業績、個人評価によって変動して支給されます。
※年度途中入社者は対象期間中日割計算あり
