This Legal Operations Manager role will be a driving force behind the success of the Legal team, and will be responsible for creating and improving processes, implementing our migration to Ironclad CLM, coordinating communications within the Legal team and with the broader LiveRamp organization, and many more key tasks. This person will have an important role in improving the overall operational efficiency of the Legal team, and will have the freedom to identify key areas of improvement for the Legal team and tackle them.

You will:

  • Implement and own LiveRamp’s contract lifecycle management tool, Ironclad CLM
  • Maintain the legal request tracking system, contracts repository, and other tools and systems used by the Legal team
  • Identify and create legal department tools to streamline new or existing practices, and provide training and support to the Legal team members
  • Create and present process documentation, including self-help tools, training videos, Q&A, process flows, etc. for tools used and/or managed by the Legal Team
  • Assist with defining and improving centralized resources to ensure accuracy and promote efficiency
  • Provide frontline support for process-related questions and feedback from customer facing teams
  • Effectively plan and execute team-wide projects to further the Legal team’s mission and goals, while liaising with cross-functional partners to move these initiatives forward
  • Assist on additional projects as they arise, including litigation and M&A support
  • Growth potential to manage a small team

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Legal operations, and/or project management role
  • Experience with contract management systems is required
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Must be self motivated, and able to work independently
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Smart, ethical, a team player, hard-working and proactive (no exceptions)
  • Must be able to multi-task and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Word, Powerpoint and quick learner of new technology tools
  • Sense of humor and positive attitude

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with basic contract language, redlining, and reviews
  • Experience Implementing Ironclad CLM
  • Experience building workflows
  • Experience in developing and implementing legal team technology solutions (e.g., e-billing, contract and document management, approval workflow, e-signature, knowledge management, etc.) preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or CPQ or another CRM and/or quoting platform
