Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or equivalent strategy/project management experience at a technology firm.
  • Experience structuring analysis using spreadsheet/presentation software.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of work experience in consulting or software, Internet, media industries and/or early stage companies.
  • Experience in structuring and executing complex analyses to support strategy in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Knowledge of Service Operations, Customer Support Operations and Internet/Online Media.
  • Demonstrated leader with excellent project management, problem solving/analysis, and written/verbal communication skills.

About the job

The Go-To-Market team is part of the gTech Customer Experience (gCare) group, who is responsible for ensuring our advertisers have a seamless experience in optimization, implementation and troubleshooting during their advertising journey.

The gCare GTM team enables the success of gCare's operational teams by driving strategy, developing data insights, and crafting communications to drive business decisions. This team provides critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and initiatives.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Responsibilities

  • Work with leadership to drive strategic and operational analysis and insights.
  • Enable critical business decision making by working with cross-functional stakeholders, and lead the team from gathering data, conducting business analysis, and identifying solutions with effective project communication and management.
  • Structure and implement operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, and leading analyses.
  • Work closely with leaders to provide operational business reviews.
