We are hiring for an API Technical Support Engineer to join our growing Lehi, Utah office. When developers reach out to EasyPost they get someone smart and technical who understands their business. The experience is light years away from what they are used to when dealing with shipping APIs! Whether we’re helping a break-out company automate their first international shipments or helping a top 50 carrier seamlessly add a new delivery partner, we are welcome partners who our customers will rely on for their business to run. The Support Engineering team is small, but touches every part of the company. If you are technically inclined and enjoy wearing a lot of hats, we’d love to talk to you.

About You:

• 1-3 years experience in a technical or customer facing role
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or experience graduating from a coding bootcamp a big plus
• Strong quantitative thinker who learns quickly
• Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, Ruby, Go, Java or similar)
• Good troubleshooting instincts, fearless when encountering new languages and frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
