Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience within sales, account management, or marketing.
  • Experience in people management and team leadership.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in sales coaching and mentoring, and delivering strategic business goals.
  • Experience leading cross-group collaboration towards customer experience and business outcomes.
  • Operational excellence and ability to ensure appropriate focus on the aspects of the business to grow sustained growth.
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to initiate and lead a regional strategic cross-functional projects in support of mid/long-term business goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and provide executive account coverage.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. As a New Business Sales Team Lead, you will attain goals through a team of Sales Representatives reporting to you. You will work with a variety of customer advertisers and advertising agencies to deliver the optimal advertising solution for every account. In this role, you will lead a team of entrepreneurial sales representatives to continually grow Google. You'll be overseeing the customer acquisition strategy in Argentina and will work as part of an engaged leadership team to grow and transform the business across the Americas region.

In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the team of sales professionals, stakeholders, customers, and agencies to deliver solutions that solve customer business challenges; cultivate relationships with executives through in-person and virtual meetings and other communication channels.
  • Build a team of talented acquisition sales professionals and provide leadership, inspiration, guidance, and career development.
  • Increase effectiveness and efficiency of the team by helping to identify and impact strategic customers to continuously grow with Google.
  • Grow exceptional collaboration across internal partner teams and leadership critical to your team’s success, building alignment and maximizing the joint impact of teams toward common goals of great customer experience and sustainable business growth.
  • Lead strategic planning and projects to identify key growth opportunities in Argentina and LATAM markets, including quantitative analysis, industry research, and defining Go-to-Market plans.
