About the Role:

This Inbound Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading, defining, and implementing BrightDrop’s inbound and acquisition marketing strategies. Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead all paid media activities – strategy, planning, implementing, reporting, and optimizing
  • Manage media agency teams and relationship
  • Establish marketing automation strategies, working with CRM Manager to implement and optimize across the customer journey
  • Own the acquisition funnel from first visit to qualified Lead, optimizing from start to finish
  • Guide SEO and organic strategies, manage organic agency team
  • Define and implement performance marketing strategies including audiences and programmatic media
  • Define inbound marketing KPIs, create reporting cadence and delivery to leadership
  • Work with the Brand & Content Manager on defining and creating media assets
  • Keep a pulse on cutting-edge marketing technologies, recommending the most important ones to leadership for implementation
  • Manage paid media and organic budgets

Additional Job Description

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years leading inbound marketing strategies
  • Fluent in English
  • Demonstrated experience managing large inbound marketing campaigns (particularly paid media and funnel optimization)
  • Experience working for a B2B or commercial brand
  • Flexibility to work with teams in different time zones
  • Strong communication skills, particularly written

Preferred Background:

  • Entrepreneurial experience and/or advanced degrees a plus
  • Bi-lingual (particularly Spanish or French)
  • Bachelors degree
