Content Marketing Specialist – France

Create world-class content across DocuSign owned and earned channels that people want to view, download and keep. And share it effectively to grow the impact of DocuSign in EMEA.

Position Summary

As Content Marketing Specialist - France, you will be an active all-round contributor to an integrated and highly collaborative marketing team. As such, you will be tasked with supporting the team with creative, high quality copywriting, including customer stories, keyword optimized blog posts and general marketing programme copy.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the departmental localisation efforts, customising global assets including web pages, eBooks, whitepapers and video narrative to well-written, brand- and culturally-aligned French. In doing so, you will be responsible for uploading and reviewing localisations via the Smartling platform, working with our global localisation agency.

Reporting to the EMEA Content Marketing and PR Lead and working closely with the PR & Content Marketing Manager for France, this role is based in our Dublin EMEA headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of DocuSign’s business direction, corporate and product messaging, voice, tone and style
  • Collaborate with the regional PR & Content marketing - France to produce a regular flow of blog content stylized and optimised for top, mid and low funnel communications
  • Support the broader marketing team with campaign copy, as required
  • Actively pursue local customer stories, integrating with Sales and Customer Success to gain a deep understanding of value, before developing purpose-aligned copy
  • Management of locally-relevant supporting social channels and blog, demonstrating best practices of each of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on them in each country, and why
  • Project manage localisation efforts for e.g. product launches, including attending briefing meetings with HQ via conference call and managing English to French localisation of materials via our translation partner and software platform
  • Occasional requirement to translate short pieces independently
  • Report back on the status of copywriting and localisation projects and tasks

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years marketing communications/copywriting experience with preference given to experience in technology and B2B
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR & Communications or similar qualification
  • Ability to demonstrate strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Aptitude for learning new technology applications
  • Excellent people and project management skills
  • French as a first language and proficiency in spoken and written English

Desirable Skills

  • Adobe Creative Suite, Spredfast and CMS skills an advantage
