As the Manager, Recruiting Operations, you will design, implement, and run REI’s recruitment tools, systems, and operational resources to enable efficiencies, build capabilities and capacity for the Talent Acquisition (TA) function. Core responsibilities include:
- Manage 5-7 Talent Acquisition Coordinators (FTE & Contract) responsible for scheduling interviews across the co-op.
- Partner with recruiting team, HR, and cross-divisional partners to drive innovation and enhance TA’s service delivery
- Thought leadership and understanding of best/next-level recruiting tools and technology to build efficiencies.
- Engage with legal, asset protection, and privacy teams to ensure recruiting operations are compliant with State laws, including CDC recommendations re: Covid.
- Partner closely with HRIS team to create, implement and handle new and existing workflows/functionality in the applicant tracking system, Avature.
- Manage and optimize our digital interview tool.
- Act as TA’s subject matter expert on REI’s background check process
- Manage all templates/correspondence including application, disclosures, offer letters and supporting documentation for the applicant to hire process.
- Partner with HRIS to conduct reporting and analytics on recruiting activity, hire data, applicant data and trends.
- Lead the relocation program design, vendor relationship, and budget.
- Manage enterprise recruiting vendor partnerships including Avature (ATS), ZoomInfo, etc. including budgets, contracts, and SLAs.
- Create training tools and documentation to enable our field teams to recruit for hourly talent.
- Project manage any new tool implementation, including rollout, education, and maintenance
- Maintain and improve internal documentation on workflow, processes, and procedures
Bring your passion and expertise
Qualifications:
- 5+ years human resources experience in recruiting or recruiting operations
- Experience leading complex projects which require the translation of business/functional needs into technical requirements for partner teams, driving to execution.
- Excellent analytical and strong technical acumen, which include a deep understanding of excel, database software, ATS functionality and design, and documentation.
- Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to influence and partner inside of and outside of HR division.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or a related field and/or equivalent work experience (preferred)
