Using your marketing mastery and years of experience driving growth for world-class brands, you will build the foundation for Glowforge’s massive expansion in our first international markets. Some people might call you a generalist, but we prefer marketing swiss army knife. From paid, SEO and content marketing, to community, ambassador, and influencer relationships - you know how to expertly wield each tool in the marketing toolkit, and are happiest wearing many hats. Here’s what you’ll be doing Starting Day 1, you’ll set the marketing strategy that will drive growth for Glowforge in Europe. Working closely with your US-based counterparts, you’ll learn the Glowforge brand and our secret sauce for growth. You’ll combine that with the strategies, methodologies and skills you’ve honed over your tenured career to craft growth experiments and marketing campaigns that will drive remarkable results. Perhaps most importantly, you will *become* part of our passionate, growing Glowforge community, and harness its power to drive compounding growth. This means you’ll: - Be responsible for direct-to-consumer growth for Glowforge Europe - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and growth experiments to sell Glowforge printers in Europe - Quickly test hypotheses and incorporate insights to optimize results - Partner with EU-based customers to foster a tight knit, passionate community - Report and analyze results alongside our data science team - Collaborate with our Creative team to bring your ideas to life. You need these qualifications - You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - You have 5+ years of marketing experience at high-growth startups based in Europe. - You’ve built and executed marketing strategies from idea to analysis and optimization. - You can explain the results of every test you run with data you pull from tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager. You speak fluent data. - You are deeply, personally excited about what we’re creating at Glowforge. It would be nice if... - You’ve helped take a US-based company international before. - You’ve been a marketing leader in past organizations with experience in connected hardware and direct-to-consumer brands. - You have passion for crafting, making, designing, building, or 3D printing.
