Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Accountability

• Demonstrate passion for creating patient centric initiatives, design and develop projects.
• Develop account strategy for Government State Formulary inclusion in collaboration with the CFT team (including Government Affairs team)
• Build strategic partnerships, conducted HCP engagement and ensured recommendations from Government Hospitals.
• Build good rapport with key stakeholders in the oncology ecosystem – DMEs, Health Secretary, Director Health, Medical Superintendents, MSVPs.
• Work on tender process and documentation in state formulary.
• Understands the basics of health economics and HTA and apply those in interactions with state government stakeholders.
• Demonstrate highest levels of ethics and compliance with company policies.

Relevant skills and experience

• Relevant 10+ years of experience in Pharma sector with Oncology expertise.
• Has spent minimum 5+ years working in State Access for a leading MNC
• Strategic Mindset.
• Organizational skills, ability to manage complexity with a high degree of maturity.
• Negotiation and influencing skills.
