What You'll Do

As an Expert Project Leader/Associate Director, Agile at Scale you will be part of BCG teams that partner with leading companies to shift mindsets, shape agendas, and create value through digital transformation programs. Your responsibilities will vary from working as part of a cross-functional BCG case teams solving complex problems, managing and transforming agile teams through to involvement in presales and client presentations. Pivotal to your success will also be assisting clients scale at the enterprise level, as part of their agile transformation journey.

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

• 8+ years experience in a strategy/management/technology consultancy and/or industry experience
• Ideally in an enterprise agility lead, agile transformation lead or enterprise agile coaching capacity
• Experience defining agile operating models, leading agile transformation projects, driving enterprise agility at scale from advisory, design to implementation
• Experience in building framework/playbooks utilising multiple agile approaches to build a culturally relevant approach to agile adoption
• An active leader in the agile community with a passion for presenting, developing, publishing articles and blogs
• Experience leading and managing high performing case/project teams
• Experience driving presales, proposal development through to client presentations
• Thrive in a hypothesis-based environment and ability to frame strategic challenges
• Excellent communication, storylining, client facing and consulting skills
• Strategic mindset, presence and senior gravitas
• Minimum of a Bachelors degree and certifications in Agile (SCRUM, SAFe, LeSS etc)
• MBA, Masters or PHD will be highly regarded
• Flexibility to travel international as required (once COVID restrictions allow)
