Job responsibilities:

• EU Program manager will act as focus point of EU related business processes in EU countries in market CEER. He will formulate, as the competence owner, the future strategic directions on his domain in alignment with commercial organization and Government and Public Affairs team of market CEER.
• His competences should enable him to elevate the relevance of EU business development domain within Philips, assessing the value of new developments and identifying new opportunities for Philips. He will oversee the global developments in his domain.
• EU Program manager will keep abreast of EU funding streams, working closely in collaboration with indirect channel partners and direct commercial organization within Philips market CEER. He will scan and analyze market development opportunities, competition, technical, application and societal developments in his domain, showing understanding of the Philips position and business interests.
• Role will be consulted as a senior specialist and asked for projects to investigate feasibility of new businesses, applications concepts, and models. One of the focus will be to develop and maintain effective relationships with all federal and government officials in EU countries of market CEER.
• He should be capable to coordinate with various departments and colleagues in Philips and work on EU country relevant Value Propositions and related to created value propositions he is expected further to provide relevant inputs to various officials.
• EU Program manager is owner of EU funded project funnel and takes care of input on EU funding and alignment with stakeholders within Philips CEER organization, resource allocation and in time co-ordinations of tasks.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in healthcare field (preferred) (i.e. management, healthcare administration, health economics, nursing, medicine, healthcare delivery, etc) or in business or engineering required
• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar position
• Regional Experience in CEER market
• Fluent in English
