The Growth Initiatives team drives growth through operational efficiency with the goal of doubling the capacity of our organization every two years. By leading and facilitating all aspects of change and continuous improvement initiatives within the Vendor Management Division, this team directly impacts Vendor Management, Supply Chain, Marketplace, Software & Technology, and Finance.

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Establish and maintain best PMO practices and increase the effectiveness of our organization through the project management team.
• Drive results, track and measure project successes through on-time delivery and business impacts over time.
• Apply project management methodologies to drive project completion.
• Team leadership and strategy to work across teams/departments to remove obstacles and achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project success and key deliverables.
• Document and own project details and scope.
• Develop partnerships within the organization to engage in cross-functional business initiatives.
• Report and present project statuses, wins, and opportunities to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Help build a culture of accountability, urgency, and high performance.
• Build trust with department heads, CEO, Sr. Category Directors, Sr. Product Managers and help us manage through change.
• Sharing process improvement ideas with the project management team.

Who you are:

• 3+ years of project management.
• 3+ years managing a team or large projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple initiatives concurrently and building PMO processes and tools.
