The Organizational Development (OD) team, part of Google’s People Development organization, is responsible for diagnosis and consulting interventions that increase the health and performance of Google’s organizations and overall business. It consists of three groups: OD Portfolio Leads, who are aligned to major client groups and responsible for building a development strategy over time, OD Practitioners who work across client groups on various engagements, and our OD Solutions team, leading research, methodologies, and content for our organizational development work throughout Google.
In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with the OD Solutions Lead and the OD Portfolio Leads to develop custom insights that support and advance the Enterprise OD Portfolio, helping Google’s leaders build more effective organizations over time. Projects might include developing insights to inform a more data-driven approach to resource management and organization design, external and internal landscape audits, or partnering with our Research team to delve deeply into Google’s organization health and other data to inform diagnosis and solution architecture.
