About the role

As a SharePoint Developer, you will champion enterprise-class Microsoft solutions for our clients who include the Fortune 500 and other global organizations. Your primary responsibilities are developing and delivering quality Modern Workplace solutions using SharePoint and related Microsoft 365 and Azure services and technologies. Candidates should have experience with migrating SharePoint and working with onshore and offshore teams.

Your background and skills include 3 years or more of SharePoint development with progressive responsibilities. You have a Bachelor's Degree likely in technology or a related field.

As a SharePoint Developer, you will have solid experience building solutions with native features and capabilities of SharePoint Online (Microsoft365) and SharePoint 2019/2016/2013. Such experience includes a combination of the following:

• Proficient with SharePoint services and architecture (sites, lists/libraries, search, user profile services, etc.)
• Proficient in the SharePoint object model
• Experienced with Microsoft 365 Patterns and Practices
• Knowledge of classic versus modern experiences
• SharePoint Framework/SharePoint Apps/TypeScript
• SharePoint and Provider Hosted Add-ins
• Microsoft Graph
• Proficient in one or more of the following
• JavaScript, JSON, React and related scripting
• .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET)
• REST services
• PowerShell

The ideal candidate will also have some of the following:

• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Content migration with one or more migration tools (SPMT, ShareGate, Metalogix etc.)
• Workflow tools in SharePoint (Power Automate, Nintex)
• Azure Logic Apps
• Azure Web Services
• Azure Functions
• Secure coding
• Microsoft certifications: MS-600, MS-300, MS-301 or AZ-400

Other nice-to-have skills are:

• Microsoft Power Platform development
• MS Teams development
• CI/CD with SharePoint Framework solutions
• Experience with Agile frameworks: Scrum, Safe, Kanban, etc.
• Experience with Lotus Notes and migrating to O365
• Other Microsoft Certifications
