Overview: Reporting to the Head of Americas Marketing, the Marketing Specialist, is a key role on the US Field Marketing team, providing marketing support across new and existing business. You will work in close collaboration with the team to support our new customer acquisition, retention, and growth plans

What You'll Do

    • Support the Marketing Managers in the execution of regional marketing plan with focus on email marketing including A/B testing, event management, lead process optimization, and project management
    • Assist with management of events, both online and in-person, from logistics to post-event follow-up and results tracking
    • Partner with Marketing Operations team to effectively track and measure Marketing ROI leveraging Criteo’s CRM platform
    • Work collaboratively with Marketing Managers and centers of excellence to create impactful sales enablement tools including sell sheets, presentations, case studies
    • Act as project manager on key team-led programs and initiatives
    • Assist with budget management including trafficking of purchase orders and invoices

Who You Are

    • 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
    • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g. Pardot or similar), and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) ... other Martech solutions (e.g. Demandbase, Wrike) a plus
    • Experience in event management (in-person event logistics, webinars)
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Essential knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
    • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of teams across the globe
    • Curious mind, eager to learn
