Citrix is evolving, developing and adapting for the Future of Work. With the notable success of Citrix Cloud we are continuing to build a strong EMEA Sales team. To help us make this happen we need a passionate and driven EMEA Sourcer Recruiter to join the team.

The Role

You will play critical role in our success story. Working in partnership with Senior Recruiters, you will act as a trusted advisor, responsible for sourcing and assessing great talent for our organization across EMEA.

What You’ll Do

• Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles for our teams in EMEA.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching by forming and maintaining a relationship with hiring managers.
• Utilise knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies.
• You will build talent pipeline using Linkedin Recruiter, Boolean searches, Xing, events, etc....

What You’ll Need

• An extensive experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role, specialised in recruiting Sales, Professional Services and Corporate roles in the Software sector.
• Experience Sourcing candidates in multiple countries in EMEA and working with Hiring Manager in different countries.
• We are looking for someone who is thinking outside of the box and does not simply live out of LinkedIn!
• You are solution orientated and someone who loves a challenge.
