Underdog.io provides flexible, in-house talent acquisition services to some of the fastest growing technology companies in the U.S.

We're looking for recruiters to join companies in the Underdog.io network on either a contract or full-time basis. Our partners are all working on interesting technical challenges and looking to grow their teams in the U.S. Our companies typically look for recruiters with at least two years of relevant experience in all areas of talent acquisition. The ideal candidate understands the importance of rapid hiring in a growing company.

Your role will be to embed with one of our partners, serve as an integral part of their talent team, and find and attract the world's best talent to our partners using whatever tools are at your disposal.
