Your essential responsibilities include:

• Experience with Business Intelligence tools and methods including but not limited to Informatica, Oracle Business Intelligence, Hadoop, NoSQL, Big Data principals, Qlikview, PowerBI
• Expert level understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence principles.
• Expert level understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL).
• Expert level understanding of Hadoop ecosystems.
• Expert level understanding of Cloud Technologies.
• Expert level understanding of relational database principles.
• Working knowledge of XQuery and Java Script languages
• Proven experience working with large data volumes
• Ability to quickly analyze situations and produce sound architecture to scale and for reusability.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging and problem solving skills.
• Experience in 3rd party/supplier managed system implementations.
• Must be able to communicate with users at all levels of the organization. Communications with stakeholders, clients, and internal technical teams is critical.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills; ability to interview user community, understand and document business information requirements

• Bachelors in Comp Science. Preferably Masters in Comp Science
• 10+ Yrs of Experience
• Business intelligence tools, ELT or ETL, Data modeling Concepts, SQL, Xquery, Unix skills, Hadoop, HIVE and IMPALA or Cloud BI skills, Python, Machine learning models and NLP
• Quick Learner, Ability to understand complex processes and Architecture. Team player. Willing to share knowledge. Ablility to execute complex project across enterprise. Execute PoC to look at new technologies and tools for BICoE.
  • Possesses a working knowledge of statistics, programming and predictive modeling
  • Displays understanding of and ability to use programming languages like Python and SQL (Structured Query Language)
  • Shows strong knowledge of basic and advanced prediction models, experience with knowledge graphs a plus.
  • Has data mining knowledge that spans a range of disciplines
  • Possesses a mastery of statistics, machine learning, algorithms and advanced mathematics
