Business Line Hourly | Lead Engineer | New Jersey

Job Summary LOCATION: New Jersey DESIGNATION: Lead Engineer JOB DESCRIPTION: • System Integrated RGT/RDT support
• Provide input to System Level USVR Allocation Distribution
• Lead a team of Engineers to conduct reliability analyses for their assigned subsystem(s) (e.g. FMEA, FTA, Reliability Predictions, RBD)
• Participate in Scrum and Technical Product Ownership Team activities for their assigned subsystem(s)
• Design and build reliability test fixtures
• Perform subsystem and component reliability testing (e.g ALT, RGT, RDT)
• Prepare reliability plans, protocols and reports
• Follow FRACAS protocol in reporting and leading Corrective Action Teams to resolve failure modes
• Troubleshoot failures and report on root cause investigation status and analysis
• Ability to lead/execute tests and be accountable for the data collected
• Assisting the Reliability Project Lead in his/her tasks (1.) To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes. (2.) To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements (3.) To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements (4.) To provide support for enhancement (major and minor) or new developments based on business requirements as provided by the client as well as from the functional and technical team of HCL on the project.
