As a Recruiting Coordinator , you'll be a key contributor to hiring top talent across our 19 global offices. This position administratively supports all hiring efforts such as scheduling, interviewing and writing offer letters for the global Recruiting Team. Growth potential in this role includes sourcing candidates for tough-to-fill roles, collaborating with members of the broader People Team and partnering with leaders company-wide.
What you'll be doing:
- Scheduling phone and onsite interviews
- Creating job postings in applicant tracking system
- Booking flight and hotel reservations for candidates, tracking and submitting receipts to billing
- Drafting and completion of candidate offer letters and new hire paperwork, as needed
- Planning and attending recruitment fairs and open houses
- Compiling and publishing Weekly New Hire Summary to HR, IT and Internal Training
- Updating internal and experience job boards
- Pulling ongoing applicant data reports
- Training others on ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Gathering, tracking and submitting documentation for Employee Referral Bonus program
- Sourcing for various candidates company-wide, as needed (estimated up to 20% of time)
- Performs other relevant duties as assigned by management
What we are looking for:
- 2 years experience working in a corporate or office environment, Human Resources experience a plus or equivalent combination of education and experience

Additional Details:
- This role is based in Broomfield, CO. The annual compensation range for this role, depending on level, is between $48,000 - $54,000. This is an hourly position and includes full time benefits.
