Job Description
At Clubhouse, we’re building project management software for software and product teams that people actually want to use - crazy right?!?!? Ask one of the engineers you know how they feel about Jira and you’ll understand why we think the market is so big. Already thousands of the fastest-growing software companies use Clubhouse to plan and build software, including Dataiku, Scale AI, FullStory, and LaunchDarkly.
Salary Range: $125,000 to $200,000 USD plus variable compensation
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with the CRO and leadership from GTM functions to experiment on new processes, ideas, and technologies that will improve the output of the GTM organization
- Lead experiments, work closely with front-line teams to iterate on ideas, manage projects and generally drive critical change in the teams
- Build from 0 to 1 to create new processes and systems that you will then hand off to functional teams to run and improve while you fire off to the next most critical project
- Consistently prioritize potential projects for effort vs. potential returns to optimize your time for the highest potential impact
- Use data to show the results of your efforts, help prioritize, and educate stakeholders
- Develop relationships with stakeholders across departments so that they rely on you as a trusted resource for guidance
What you need:
- Spectacular critical thinking and problem solving skills
- 8+ years of go-to-market experience working closely with sales and marketing teams
- A balance of process and business mindsets with a high degree of intellectual curiosity
- Successful transformations you’ve led within past companies and thoughtful analysis of what worked and why
- A GSD attitude and the willingness to quickly turn around an MVP and several iterations
What sets you apart from other applicants:
- Fearlessness with a willingness to try new ideas, concepts, and be wrong (but definitely learn from the experience)
- Startup experience ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
Sound right up your alley? Want to learn more? So do we! Submit your credentials in whatever format you feel is best. But don’t stop there, give us a few reasons to really get excited about you - share your thoughts on:
- What’s the most important sales lesson you’ve learned in your career? Why is that one so important to you? How expensive was it?
- What’s the most interesting job that’s not on your resume? Why?
- What’s the last thing you learned that you really want to share? Where did you learn it and why do you want to share?
Not looking for a novel here - just hoping to add some color to an otherwise typically boring resume/LinkedIn profile. We want to get to know you!
