Job Summary LOCATION: New Jersey DESIGNATION: Manager JOB DESCRIPTION: To lead and drive the Technology Solutions team in the LoB vertical to make the unit competitive and preferred from a technical capability perspective. (1.) To build solutions and POC’s based on customer and project needs (2.) To Conceptualize a new productornew featureornew component and to test new technologiesorfeatures through PoCs (3.) To contribute in practice growth initiatives – Interviews, training, mentoring, operational activities etc. (4.) To plan and grow practice through support to proposals and proposal defence (5.) To provide support to delivery for technical issues, escalations and reviews and to help in deploying the SLU in a customer environment. (6.)
