Job Summary LOCATION: New Jersey DESIGNATION: ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT JOB DESCRIPTION: Teams / Skype
Understanding of On-Premise/Cloud Lync and Skype Environment
* Configuring Policies, Implementing and Designing Infratructure.
* Managing User, Server and Organization Level Environment.
* Migrating SFB Online to MS Teams Mode.
* Support of MS Teams DR including configuration and testing.
* Supports Day-2 Operations team in identifying and fixing escalated
cases.
* Identify and resolve issues observed during deployment and testing
phase.
* Interact with Microsoft for issue resolutions.
* Provide technical assistanceto customers
* Preparation / Support in drafting the LLD and Deployment design
document.
* Managing Large customers across 24x7 Shifts
* Candidate should have knowledge on the following:
Microsoft Teams admin center and associated PowerShell controls, including
but not limited to:
o Manage meetings, including meeting policies, configurations, and
conference bridges.
o Manage voice, including calling policies and phone number inventory
and assignment.
o Manage messaging, including messaging policies.
o Manage all org-wide settings, including federation, teams upgrade,
and Teams client settings.
o Manage the teams in the organization and their associated settings,
including membership (group management supported via PowerShell, team
management in the Teams admin center).
o View user profile page and troubleshoot user call quality problems
using advanced troubleshooting toolset.
o Access, monitor and troubleshoot tenant's call quality and
reliability using data exposed in Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) down to the
users impacted by poor call quality.
Video/Voice
o Video or Voice end-point setup and configurations
o Perform capacity planning, video resource allocation and preparation
for scheduled as well as ad-hoc live events.
o Optimize and maintain online video streaming workflow, both for Live
and On Demand.
o Optimize video streaming profile for different device and platform.
o End-point RMA, vendor engagement and MS Teams integration with
Endpoints
o Good to have experience on Poly RCAS service architecture.
SIP/PSTN
o Voice CDR troubleshooting
o PSTN issues troubleshooting along with SIP signalling and RTP
capture and analysis.
o SBC like Ribbon/AC/Oracle troubleshooting.
o IP/TDM supplier leg troubleshooting and co-ordination
M365Support and SharePoint:
1. Knowledge on SharePoint Administration (Both Tenant and Site collection level) and Designing
2. Maintenance/sustainment of existing SharePoint sites and sub sites, lists, libraries, and content (including pages, workflows, and items)
3. Manage site creation for SharePoint in Microsoft 365 and global SharePoint settings
4. Troubleshoot issues related with SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Yammer, MS Teams, MS Forms, Delve and other M365 technologies
